There is no perfect company or sponsor. All companies have unique sets of problems or challenges. Their product may be superior but the compensation plan is not perfect. Or their compensation plan is the best, but the training program is not so good. Hopefully, while doing your research and homework when selecting the company to join, you are picking the company with challenges with which you can live. The issue is picking the right company you feel most comfortable.

The same thing applies to your sponsor. But what your sponsor does or does not do has no bearing on whether or not you are successful with your business.

Beyond that, what is required is a realization or understanding of what business or environmental factors are totally within your control.

I am a software tech. I got tired of this fans hum, and started looking elsewhere-

1. I tried the ASUS Neptune K7 CPU Fan, & was no good (but quiet/hot)- did not cool as well as the GOOD stock Intel fan!



2. Zalman fans... weren't any better (VERY hard to mount, and don't cool as well as the Intel!).

Bottom line- Live with the low Intel hum (tune it out/don't dwell on it...!), but excellent cooling (read the reviews!)!



Customer Review: Does its thing but very loud

This relatively low profile (for its class) fan/heatsink does what it's supposed to very well on my 2.93ghz Celeron mod machine, but it is loud to the point of distraction. (I can easily hear it 20+ft away & down the hall.) I wish I knew the db specs on it because I would have a great gauge on what to look out for in the future.



If you can live with the noise and are still working with socket 478, it's a very standard & no pain install, and it'll do what you need. Otherwise, it might be best to look elsewhere.



Rated four because I don't have great airflow in my mod machine but this fan/heatsink does its thing anyways. Rated two (I'm being nice actually) for the noise. The final Three rating is an average.
